How do I
place an order?
There are 4 ways to place an order with Strum Hollow
- You may use your credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) through our secure online order pages.
- Print, fill out and send us an order using our Mail
Order Form.
- Call us at (352) 683-8245 - 7 days a week from 12 noon - 11PM
- You may also ask us to send you an invoice from PayPal

How
do I pay for my order?
We Accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, personal checks, money
orders and PayPal (please ask us to send you a PayPal invoice) as payment.

How long
does it take to receive my order?
All Orders are shipped the next business day. You should receive your package within
2-5 business days.
During an especially busy season, delivery may take
a little longer but you can be sure that we will send your package on it's way
the next business day.

Will I
receive a purchase confirmation?
Yes, you should receive an automated confirmation E-Mail
within a few minutes of placing an order.

Will I be
notified after my order has shipped?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail on the day
that your order ships.

Do you ship
worldwide?
Shipping
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note that
additional shipping may apply.
There are some countries that we are unable to ship to at
the present time due to excessive fraud. These countries include Bulgaria,
Gambia, Ghana, Indonesia, Nigeria, Romania, Russia and Singapore. We apologize
for any inconvenience this may cause to the many honest people in those
countries.

What are your shipping rates?
We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for all US shipments and free
shipping on orders over $100.00.

What sizes, colors and
styles of shirts do you offer?

T-shirts are made of high quality
50/50 Poly Cotton.
They come in both short sleeve and long sleeve.
Both have double stitching on the sleeves and bottom hem.

T-shirt Dresses are 100% preshrunk
cotton and have a scooped neckline.
They are sized one size fits most and are 27"
long 26" from armpit to armpit and come in the color
white.

Sweatshirts are made of heavy
weight (9 oz.) 50/50 Poly Cotton fleece.
They have set-in sleeves, are fully coverseamed and have ribbed collar,
cuffs and waistband with spandex.

How long have
you been in business?
We have been offering unique items to the music
community since 1980. Online since 2001.

Do you have a catalog?
No, sorry we don't have a catalog. We are constantly
adding new items to our line and a paper catalog would soon be out of date.

What is your privacy policy?
Protecting your personal information is our top priority.
Strum Hollow Acoustic Music does NOT sell or rent our customers names,
addresses or e-mail addresses to anyone.
We may on occasion send out a special e-mail to let you know of a sale or
special promotion.
If you get an e-mail from us and you DO NOT want to continue receiving these
announcements,
simply reply with the word REMOVE in the subject line and we will remove your
name from our e-mail lists.

What is your
return policy?
It's important to us that you are happy with your
purchase.
You may return any of our items (except
personalized items) within 14
days for a full refund or exchange.
So that we will be expecting your shipment, please call 352-683-8245 for authorization.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
